Girona Mayor Salellas prioritizes Junts but remains open to opposition pacts

Girona Mayor Lluc Salellas has announced that while the city administration will prioritize agreements with the Junts party to pass plenary motions, he remains open to negotiating with the entire opposition. This stance follows the departure of Junts from the local government, leaving the Guanyem Girona and ERC parties in a minority position.

Salellas emphasized that he will not allow any single group to have the power to block the city's progress and will seek dialogue with other parties if Junts is not receptive. Additionally, the Mayor announced upcoming modifications to the city's cleaning contract and plans to establish the foundations for a new nursery school in the southern part of the city.
