Gisselle Mancebo presents larimar jewelry collection in Santo Domingo

Dominican high jewelry designer Gisselle Mancebo, known as "La Reina del Larimar," has presented her exhibition “Cielo, Tierra y Mar, Delirio Caribeño” at the Teatro Nacional in Santo Domingo. The showcase, part of the Dominican Fashion Awards, features 15 artworks and a collection of rings and bracelets crafted from larimar to celebrate the stone as a symbol of national identity.

The collection, which previously debuted at the United Nations headquarters in New York, is now being displayed in the Dominican Republic for the first time. Mancebo was also recognized as the Best Jewelry Designer 2026 for her contributions to promoting larimar through contemporary design.
