Giulianova Employment Center Opens New Headquarters in Former Market Hall
The new headquarters of the Giulianova Employment Center was inaugurated on the first floor of the former covered market in Piazza Dalla Chiesa. The relocation, costing about €800,000, was financed by the Abruzzo region through funds from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).
Mayor Jwan Costantini, Vice‑Mayor Matteo Francioni, regional labour assessor Tiziana Magnacca, municipal assessors, regional councilors, Carabinieri commander Nicolò Morandi and maritime office commander Valeria Di Mattia attended the ribbon‑cutting ceremony. Officials highlighted the project as a key step in the city’s revitalisation and praised the PNRR’s contribution to local services. The ceremony also paid tribute to Monica Tassoni, a regional employee who managed the employment centre plan and died in June 2024.
