Giulio Vitali wins Trofeo Ethica cycling race in Corinaldo, Italy

Second‑year rider Giulio Vitali, a native of Ostra, claimed first place at the Trofeo Ethica in Corinaldo. The 74‑kilometre race, held in hot conditions with 50 participants, started in Trecastelli and featured three laps of a circuit before finishing in Corinaldo.

Vitali's victory follows a strong month in which he secured third place at the Italian Road Championships in Laives and, a day earlier, a shared third at the Italian Team Time‑Trial Championships in Codroipo. The event was sponsored by Ethica Abbigliamento, with entrepreneur Giuseppe Bacchiocchi signing the race, and technical oversight provided by Giulio Cardinali of Pedale Chiaravallese.

Key moments included early attacks by Thomas Urbinati and Lorenzo Mancini, a mountain prize won by Simone Ringhini, and a decisive final climb where Vitali broke away to finish ahead of Riccardo Pierangelini and Davide Sdruccioli.
