Giuseppe Cistola releases new jazz album ‘Empty Roads After the Rain’

Jazz guitarist Giuseppe Cistola, alongside Dario Germani on double bass and Federico Chiarofonte on drums, has released a new album titled ‘Empty Roads After the Rain’. Released via the independent label Wow Records, the album is available on digital platforms as of Friday, September 25.

The record features ten original tracks composed by the trio. The music is described as an immersive experience where memory and the present intersect, inviting listeners to engage with its atmospheric sounds, pauses, and contrasts. Cistola, a composer trained through programs such as those held by the Berklee College of Music in Perugia, noted that the music invites a slower pace of listening to discover its evolving emotional details.
