Giuseppe Inchingolo named FS Corporate Deputy Director amid Barletta station parking inauguration

Giuseppe Inchingolo, a 46‑year‑old journalist who joined Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato in January 2024 as head of strategy and digital communication, has been appointed Vicedirettore Generale Corporate (Corporate Deputy Director). The appointment, confirmed by FS Sistemi Urbani CEO Matteo Colamussi, will take effect in September and places Inchingolo in charge of the group’s corporate and central functions.

The announcement was made during the opening of a new 24‑hour parking facility at Barletta railway station. The FS Park‑managed lot offers 84 spaces, including reserved spots for pregnant women, new mothers, and people with reduced mobility, and provisions for future electric‑vehicle charging. A “kiss & ride” service allows the first ten minutes of free parking for those dropping off or picking up passengers. The ceremony was attended by Barletta Mayor Cosimo Damiano Cannito, Matteo Colamussi, and other FS executives.
