Giuseppe Manilia unveils ‘Rosemary 2027’ pastry collection

Master pastry chef Giuseppe Manilia has announced his new dessert collection, ‘Rosemary 2027’, to be presented at his Maison in Montesano sulla Marcellana. The unveiling will take place on September 27 at Palazzo Gerbasio during an event titled ‘Dessert Couture’, which is designed to resemble a high-fashion runway show.

In addition to the professional showcase, Manilia and his wife, Rosita Costa, will make a donation to the S.O.S. Sostenitori Ospedale Santobono ETS. This contribution aims to support pediatric neurosurgery at the Santobono Hospital in Naples in memory of their daughter, Rosemary.
