Giusi Murabito to present new Aeolian cookbook at Hotel Phenicusa

Giusi Murabito will present her new book, ‘Ricette da Filicudi & Alicudi’, at the Hotel Phenicusa in Filicudi on Saturday, August 23, 2026. The event, held on the hotel's sea-view terrace, focuses on the culinary traditions and heritage of the Aeolian Islands.

The book aims to preserve the traditional knowledge passed down through generations of families in the archipelago. The presentation will be moderated by journalist Patrizia Casale and will conclude with a tasting session. During this session, the hotel's chef and local women featured in the book will prepare and serve traditional dishes to guests.
