Givat Hashalvah residential project focuses on community-centric design

Architect Liran Shukrun, CEO of Primovitz-Bas, has developed a master plan for Givat Hashalvah, a residential project located on a ridge near Yerushalayim. The design focuses on creating a community-centric environment tailored for religious families, including many from the Anglo world.

The architectural approach prioritizes pedestrian life by placing cars, access roads, and technical infrastructure underground. This allows the surface level to be dedicated to shared spaces such as courtyards, paths, schools, synagogues, and parks, all connected along an east-to-west axis to foster natural social interaction.
