Givenchy reimagines iconic Shark boot for Fall 2026

Creative Director Sarah Burton has reimagined the iconic Shark boot for Givenchy’s Fall 2026 collection, renaming the updated silhouette the Shark Pinch. The design incorporates Burton’s signature “Pinch” hardware, which was previously introduced in the brand’s fall/winter 2025 accessories.

The Shark Pinch features a double shank construction designed to create a sculptural, fluid, and balanced silhouette that elongates the leg. The boot’s history dates back to the house’s Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2008 collection, with the original Shark silhouette gaining popularity in 2012 due to its distinctive shark tooth-shaped detail.

The Fall 2026 campaign features models Kaia Gerber and Eva Herzigová. The collection includes six variations, including an elongated version that reaches the thigh.
