Giżycko begins construction of KEYA shopping park

Construction has begun on the KEYA shopping park in Giżycko, located on Obwodowa Street near a McDonald's restaurant. The development will provide over 5,000 square meters of retail and service space, intended to serve both local residents and tourists in the Masuria region.

Biedronka will serve as the primary tenant. The project includes approximately 175 parking spaces and is being executed by Żerański Construction. The development is planned to open in two stages: the first phase is expected by the end of 2026, with the second phase scheduled for spring 2027. Coldwell Banker Commercial Poland is managing the commercial concept and leasing.
