Giza Governor orders rapid response to citizen complaints

Dr. Ahmed Al-Ansari, the Governor of Giza, presided over an executive council meeting to review service status and various work sectors within the governorate. During the meeting, the Governor welcomed new executive council members, including the military advisor, heads of traffic and utilities police, and directors of health and transportation.

Al-Ansari emphasized the necessity of implementing presidential directives to enhance communication with citizens and ensure the rapid processing of complaints. He instructed heads of districts and cities to establish effective mechanisms for monitoring and resolving citizen issues immediately, warning that any negligence or lack of seriousness in handling complaints would result in accountability.

Regarding public hygiene, the Governor directed an increase in the efficiency of cleaning systems, particularly in high-priority areas, through coordination between local authorities and the General Authority for Cleaning and Beautification. Additionally, he ordered night patrols to monitor street discipline, address public road encroachments by cafes or facilities, and ensure the immediate removal of waste accumulations.
