Giza Governor Ahmed Al-Ansari held meetings with local officials and department directors to address several public service files and prepare for the upcoming school year.
Regarding environmental and urban development, the Governor directed officials to implement the ‘100 Million Trees’ initiative by identifying planting sites and utilizing water recycling systems for irrigation. In response to the start of the academic year, Al-Ansari ordered the expansion of discounted commodity exhibitions and school supply markets to support various social segments. He also instructed authorities to increase market oversight to prevent price manipulation and monopolies. Additionally, the Governor reviewed the progress of 60 schools undergoing final finishing works and emphasized the need for adequate medical staffing to ensure continuous health services across the governorate.
