Gökhan Türkmen concert features nine marriage proposals

During a concert by singer Gökhan Türkmen in the Karadeniz Ereğli district of Zonguldak, nine different couples proposed marriage to one another. The event was held at the Acheron Amphitheater, a historical site located within the Cehennemağzı Caves that holds approximately 1,500 people.

Türkmen performed for about three hours and noted that the high number of proposals in a single evening was a surprising and special occurrence. Serkan Ağaç, the operator of the amphitheater, stated that the venue underwent a restoration costing approximately 2 million TL to preserve its historical character while modernizing it for cultural and artistic use.
