Göknur Gıda responds to Ankara Prosecutor investigation

Göknur Gıda Maddeleri (GOKNR) has announced that it is sharing requested information and documents with relevant authorities as part of an investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office starting August 13, 2026.

The company stated that the review process is ongoing and that there are currently no finalized matters that require public disclosure. Göknur Gıda noted that if any new developments occur that necessitate a public announcement, they will inform the public and investors in accordance with Capital Markets Board regulations.

Market data shows that GOKNR shares have lost approximately 16 percent of their value compared to the same period last year, trading at a floor price of 20.44 lira.
