Michoacán political movements and Bolivian transport protests

In Michoacán, Gladyz Butanda Macías has announced ongoing territorial tours to defend the principles of the Fourth Transformation (4T) and national sovereignty. Representing the Morena party, Butanda aims to strengthen the political project through community assemblies and direct engagement, expressing explicit support for President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.

Separately, in Bolivia, interprovincial transport sectors in Montero and the North have declared an emergency. They are organizing a march to protest Supreme Decree 5676, which implements a differential diesel price. While families and public transport maintain a subsidized rate, large consumers face a higher price, a move transport leaders claim is driving up costs for parts and supplies.
