Glastonbury Festival 2027 ticket sales and travel details announced

Glastonbury Festival has announced the ticket sale schedule for its 2027 return to Worthy Farm. Ticket-plus-coach packages will be available starting at 6pm on Thursday, October 1, followed by general admission tickets at 9am on Sunday, October 4.

Due to a previous fallow year, demand is expected to be high. Registration for the festival has already closed; only those who registered by September 25 are eligible to purchase tickets. General admission tickets are priced at £408, which includes a £5 booking fee, with a £100 deposit required at the time of booking.

National Express, the official coach provider, will offer services from 91 UK pick-up points, including Swansea, with fares starting from £24 one way. These coach tickets include a 20kg luggage allowance and drop-off at the festival's on-site coach station.

With over a million people typically entering the ballot for limited capacity, experts suggest attendees coordinate in groups of up to six to maximize booking opportunities. To avoid technical issues, it is recommended to use a single device and one browser tab per person.
