Glen Powell returns for ‘Chad Powers’ season 2 on Hulu

Hulu has released new promotional photos for the second season of the comedy series ‘Chad Powers’, starring Glen Powell. The complete six-episode season is scheduled to premiere on Thursday, September 3.

In the upcoming season, Powell returns as Russ Holliday, who maintains his football alter ego, Chad Powers. As Chad achieves superstar status on the field, his unusual behavior off the field begins to draw suspicion from Coach Hudson and Gerry. The plot follows Russ and Danny as they attempt to lead the South Georgia Catfish to the College Football Playoff while managing the risks of their elaborate deception.

The series was inspired by a skit from ESPN’s ‘Eli’s Place’ and features a cast including Perry Mattfeld, Quentin Plair, Wynn Everett, Frankie A. Rodriguez, and Steve Zahn.
