Gleneagles reports £110.5m revenue growth and announces estate expansions
Gleneagles, the luxury five-star resort in Perthshire, reported a revenue increase to £110.5m for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, an 8.7% rise from the previous year. Operating profit grew to £17.1m, up from £13.7m in 2025. The company invested £4.9m in capital expenditure for estate refurbishments, technology, and equipment upgrades.
As part of its ongoing expansion, the resort is introducing several new amenities. These include the Tower Suite, a two-level residence designed by AIME Studios that will open on September 28, 2026, and the High Moor Lodge for shooting and fishing. Other new offerings include a private shooting lodge created with The Macallan, a Dom Pérignon dining experience, and an off-grid sauna located by a freshwater reservoir.
The resort’s growth follows its hosting of The Senior Open in July 2026. Management noted that current trading remains in line with expectations regarding occupancy and average daily rates.
