Glenmede Trust adjusts stakes in News Corp and WillScot

Glenmede Trust Co. NA reported a 328% increase in its News Corporation holding during the first quarter, bringing its stake to 372,518 shares (about 0.07% of the company) valued at roughly $9.3 million. The filing also noted other institutional investors, such as Swedbank AB and Mitsubishi UFJ Asset Management, expanding their positions in News Corp.

In the same quarter, Glenmede reduced its position in WillScot Holdings Corporation by 11.9%, ending with 522,060 shares (about 0.29% of WillScot) worth approximately $9.1 million. The report listed additional investors, including Salomon & Ludwin LLC and Parallel Advisors LLC, that increased their holdings in WillScot. Both disclosures were made through the SEC’s 13F filing system.
