Glenn Close addresses health concerns and upcoming projects

Actress Glenn Close, 79, has addressed recent public concern regarding her use of a cane. In an Instagram video, Close explained that she recently underwent a complete hip replacement after discovering significant deterioration in her left hip. She stated her current focus is maintaining her physical health to prepare for future professional challenges.

Close is preparing for several upcoming projects, including the second season of the legal drama ‘All’s Fair’ and a role in the new Hunger Games film, ‘Sunrise on the Reaping’.

Additionally, the actress's daughter, Annie Starke, has also established a career in acting. Starke, who has appeared in films such as ‘South Pacific’ and the series ‘Ratched’, previously played younger versions of her mother in two different productions.
