Glenn Danzig Announces Multi-Format Reissue of 2010 Album “Deth Red Sabaoth”

Glenn Danzig and Cleopatra Records will reissue the 2010 album ‘Deth Red Sabaoth’ on August 21. The expanded release will be offered in seven collectible physical formats, including CD, multiple vinyl editions (black vinyl, black/red haze vinyl and a blood‑splatter horror swirl vinyl), a deluxe box set, and a cassette.

The original album, Danzig’s ninth studio effort and the first since ‘Circle of Snakes’, reached No. 3 on Billboard’s Independent Albums and Hard Rock Albums charts and peaked at No. 35 on the Billboard 200. It featured Type O Negative drummer Johnny Kelly and PRONG guitarist Tommy Victor, and was recorded with vintage 1970s Kustom tuck‑‘n‑roll bass amplifiers to achieve a warmer, more organic sound. Collectors have driven demand for the original releases, prompting the new multi‑format offering for both longtime fans and new listeners.
