Vehicle tracking data shows the Kahraman couple's vehicle passing the Sarısaltuk Bridge at approximately 12:27 on the day of the disappearance, just minutes after Doku was last seen. Simultaneously, phone records indicate Burçin Hızlı Kahraman placed a call to Handan Sonel, the wife of then-Tunceli Governor Tuncay Sonel.

Additionally, investigators discovered that Ali Kahraman sent an Excel file containing ‘living area tower information’ to Governor Sonel on January 4, 2020, one day before the incident. Kahraman testified that he provided this information at the Governor's urgent request. The investigation, which is being conducted jointly by the Erzurum and Tunceli Chief Public Prosecutor's Offices, also includes the arrest of police diver Gürkan Gürdal.
