Gliwice to sell central commercial property

The city of Gliwice is preparing to sell a commercial property located at ul. Prymasa Stefana Wyszyńskiego 14D through an unlimited tender process. The facility, which spans 1,147.79 m², is situated in a central location and currently houses a dance school.

Built in the 1970s, the building features a basement, ground floor, and first floor, containing a total of 55 rooms. Historically, the site has hosted various retail and service points, including a cafe and a music club. The city decided to sell the property because it is not required for municipal tasks and requires significant financial investment for a comprehensive renovation. The sale will proceed under the current legal status, including the existing lease agreement.
