Glänta hosts discussion on eternal life in Gothenburg

The magazine Glänta, in collaboration with Chalmers University of Technology, Folkteatern, and other partners, will host a discussion series titled ‘Glänta i foajén’ in Gothenburg. The upcoming event, scheduled for September 15, focuses on the concept of eternal life.

The program features micro-lectures and a panel discussion involving historian Ingrid Dunér, theologian Mårten Björk, and physician Björn Fagerberg. The discussion will explore various perspectives on human longevity and immortality, ranging from the technological ambitions of transhumanists to biological limitations, philosophical paradoxes, and religious views on the afterlife.
