Capacity has recovered to about 2% above pre‑US‑Iran conflict levels, but analysts warn that any renewed fighting between the United States and Iran could again disrupt operations and push rates higher.

Year‑on‑year spot prices remain 37% above last year, with the biggest regional increases in the Middle East, South Asia and North America (+46% YoY) and declines of 4% in Europe and North America on a week‑on‑week basis.
