La Rinconada hosts Clásico Propietarios La Rinconada horse racing event

The La Rinconada racetrack is hosting a major racing event this Sunday, September 6, featuring 14 competitions. The highlight of the day is the 27th edition of the Clásico Internacional “Propietarios La Rinconada” (Grade I), a 2,000-meter race with a prize pool of $195,000 USD.

Tuscan Gold is the primary favorite for the race, guided by jockey Jaime Lugo and trained by Riccardo D'Angelo. The duo holds a 46% success rate. The main challenger is the American-bred Lured Away, who maintains a perfect 1-1 record at this specific distance. Other competitors include Gran Yaco, Gran Lorenzo, Tale of May, and Canaima.
