Global Vision acquires former Alpha Bank headquarters in Bucharest

Global Vision has acquired two office buildings in the Dorobanți-Primăverii area of Bucharest, which previously served as the headquarters for Alpha Bank. The transaction was conducted as a share deal, with Colliers representing the sellers, a group of Irish investors.

Located at Calea Dorobanți nr. 237, the buildings comprise approximately 10,000 square meters of constructed area. Developed by Neocity Group in 2001 and 2004, the structures are among the first modern office buildings in central Bucharest, situated near the Romanian Television station and the Aviatorilor metro station.

This acquisition expands Global Vision's Bucharest office portfolio following its 2022 takeover of the Nova Building. Industry experts noted that the transaction reflects continued investor interest in well-positioned properties that offer potential for renovation or repositioning.
