Globalcaja launches 10th edition of Globaltalent program

The financial institution Globalcaja has welcomed 32 young professionals as part of the 10th edition of Globaltalent, its talent acceleration program. Based in Albacete, the initiative aims to provide professional development opportunities within the Castilla-La Mancha region.

Participants will undergo approximately 600 hours of intensive training designed to build practical knowledge of the financial business, deepen understanding of the entity's products and services, and develop necessary advisory competencies. The program is intended to help new generations develop their potential while providing the organization with fresh perspectives and talent.
