Globalsat Group reports €160 million turnover and increased profitability for 2025

Globalsat Group reported significant financial growth for 2025, with turnover reaching €160.14 million, a 7.65% increase from €148.77 million in 2024. The company, which operates in the technology and green energy sectors, saw a substantial rise in profitability. Pre-tax profits climbed 44.6% to €6.08 million, while net profits after taxes increased by 34.1% to €4.70 million.

EBITDA rose to €8.62 million, up 4.24% from the previous year. Notably, operating cash flows improved significantly, turning positive at €8.0 million compared to a negative €8.6 million in 2024.

Looking toward 2026, the Group’s strategy focuses on four main pillars: establishing new strategic partnerships with international technology brands, expanding its Private Label category, broadening activities in green energy solutions, and entering new markets to transition from a product distributor to an integrated solutions provider.
