Globant appoints Fernando Matzkin as Chief Operating Officer

Globant has appointed Fernando Matzkin as Chief Operating Officer to lead the company’s transition toward AI-native services. Matzkin, a 17-year veteran of the firm, previously served as Chief Revenue Officer and held leadership roles for the United States and Europe.

In his new capacity, Matzkin will oversee the company’s operational model, strategy execution, and commercial performance. A central part of his mandate is accelerating ‘Vision 2030’ by integrating Glob.AI and AI Pods into the company’s service delivery. Globant claims these AI-driven tools can enable legacy modernization up to 80% faster and provide a two-fold improvement in time to market.
