Globis integrates learning service with Talent Palette system

Globis Co., Ltd. has announced a partnership with Plus Alpha Consulting to integrate its subscription-based video learning service, ‘GLOBIS Manabi-houdai’, with the talent management system ‘Talent Palette’.

Through this integration, companies using Talent Palette can access a catalog of over 4,900 courses and more than 20,900 videos directly within the system. The partnership allows for seamless access to content and the automatic synchronization of learning histories. This integration aims to centralize human resource development management by combining learning logs with existing employee data, such as skills and career aspirations, to support data-driven personnel strategies and digital transformation in HR.
