Actor Amaury Lorenzo has been confirmed as Lucas, a teacher who becomes the main romantic partner of protagonist Bela (Sheron Menezzes) in Globo’s upcoming seven‑p.m. soap "Por Você," set to premiere in August.

Singer‑turned‑actress Ana Castela, who made her television debut in the earlier telenovela "Coração Acelerado," said she welcomed the positive response and is open to further acting projects, noting, “If something appears that fits me and can be arranged with my schedule, I’ll be very happy to do it.” She also recently appeared in the vertical format series "Onde Está a Boiadeira?" and received guidance from veteran actors.
