GloboNews investigates potential sabotage after live broadcast failures

GloboNews is investigating potential sabotage following a series of technical failures during live broadcasts. The network suspects that dissatisfied employees may be responsible for the disruptions.

During a live broadcast of 'Jornal das 10', presenter Aline Midlej expressed visible frustration after receiving conflicting instructions from the production team regarding a segment involving a reporter in Brasília and an interview with President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Midlej noted the confusion on air, stating, “Oh, gente, está uma bagunça aqui” (Oh, people, it is a mess here), and even proposed a commercial break to reorganize the broadcast.

These incidents follow previous errors, including a report on 'Bom dia Brasil' that incorrectly identified a professional athlete as being arrested in a police operation. The network has faced ongoing technical and editorial challenges, including issues with teleprompter accuracy and staff reassignments.
