Globoplay has announced that the second season of its original Brazilian fantasy and horror series, ‘Vermelho Sangue’, will premiere on September 17. The announcement follows significant viewer engagement after the first season debuted in October 2025.

The series, set in the fictional city of Guarambá, follows a supernatural narrative involving vampires and werewolves, specifically focusing on the characters Luna and Flora. The upcoming season will consist of 10 episodes created by Rosane Svartmane and Claudia Sardinha.

Returning cast members include Alanis Guillen, Laura Dutra, Leticia Vieira, and Pedro Alves. The new season is expected to deepen the romantic and paranormal relationships established in the first installment.
