GM Fleet raises R$ 100 million for fleet expansion

GM Fleet, the mobility division of GM Financial, has completed its largest capital raising to date, securing R$ 100 million through the issuance of commercial notes. The operation, conducted by Banco do Brasil via UBS BB, features a three-year term with semi-annual interest payments at a rate of CDI + 1.15% per year.

The funds are designated to bolster cash reserves and support the expansion of the company's contract portfolio. GM Fleet operates on a model where vehicle acquisition scales with new client contracts; consequently, the capital will facilitate the purchase of vehicles needed to meet growing demand.

The company reports a 15% increase in contract volume compared to 2025 and projects a 73% growth rate for 2026. This second public offering is significantly larger than the company's initial R$ 40 million issuance, helping to diversify its funding sources.
