Güneş Lab opens specialized pharmacy laboratory in Konya

Güneş Lab, a new specialized laboratory for magistral pharmacy, has opened within Güneş Eczanesi in Konya, Turkey. The facility is designed to produce customized pharmaceutical preparations using modern equipment and scientific precision to meet specific patient needs.

The opening ceremony was attended by Konya Provincial Health Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yusuf Yavuz and the President of the Association of Magistral Pharmacists, Specialist Pharmacist Ahmet Nezihi Pekcan. During the event, pharmacist Büşra Toptaş emphasized that the laboratory aims to provide tailored medical solutions rather than just ready-made products.

Ahmet Nezihi Pekcan praised the investment as a convergence of scientific interest and the art of pharmacy, noting that the association supports qualified scientific advancements. Dr. Yusuf Yavuz also commended the investment, highlighting the vital role pharmacists play in the collaboration between physicians and patients.
