GO! atheneum Geraardsbergen completes first week of summer school

The GO! atheneum Geraardsbergen has completed the first week of its summer school program, which aims to prevent summer learning loss among youth. Approximately 25 students participated daily in a curriculum designed to combine academic study with creative and physical activities.

The program includes morning sessions focused on Dutch and mathematics, followed by reading activities to improve language skills. To complement academic work, students participated in various workshops, including comic drawing, percussion, media literacy, debating, and skateboarding. The initiative also provides a social setting for students to build new friendships before the upcoming school year begins.
