The 6th 'Go Local & Taste' local products exhibition, organized by the Ioannina Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Municipality of Ioannina, took place at Mavili Square from August 28 to 31, 2026.

Local producers from Epirus and Crete participated to showcase regional identities. Zoinos Winery and Epirus Brewery presented products such as Epirus Tsipouro—which recently earned a silver medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC) 2026—and Stala Pilsner craft beer.

For the first time, the Lasithi Chamber of Commerce participated as a guest institution, bringing Cretan products including extra virgin olive oil, carob products, and traditional rusks to Ioannina. During the event, the President of the Lasithi Chamber, Thomas Charitakis, met with the Mayor of Ioannina, Thomas Begas, to discuss regional entrepreneurship and the importance of enhancing local air connectivity.
