Gołębiewski hotel chain and influencer Książulo clash over access ban and air‑conditioning issues

YouTuber Szymon Nyczko, known as Książulo, claimed the Gołębiewski hotel network sent an internal memo placing him on a blacklist, barring him from hotels, restaurants and water parks. After a reservation was refused over the phone, he traveled to the Gołębiewski hotel in Mikołajki, where staff were unaware of any ban and later confirmed the restriction had been lifted, allowing him to book again.

In a separate video from the newly opened Gołębiewski Hotel in Pobierowo, Książulo highlighted severe air‑conditioning failures, extreme indoor heat and yellow tap water, noting he paid 5,000 zł for a one‑day stay. The hotel issued a statement saying pre‑opening tests showed no issues, that technical teams were addressing the problem, and promised improvements. The hospitality group Górskie Resorty defended the hotel, expressed solidarity with its staff, and criticized the media focus on isolated setbacks.
