Goca Božinovska reflects on journey from poverty to luxury

Singer Goca Božinovska has shared details regarding her upbringing in the village of Mrsać, where she grew up in significant poverty. To assist her family, Božinovska and her sister performed heavy manual labor for wealthier villagers from a young age, earning wages comparable to adults.

Despite these hardships, she remained dedicated to her education. Božinovska also revealed that she initially had to pursue music in secret because her father disapproved of her decision to become a singer. Following a successful career, she now resides in a luxury villa in Surčin, featuring high-end amenities such as a pool and gold-accented interiors.
