Gochisou Soup Pasta to open first location in Yoyogi

Pancho Co., Ltd., the operator of the Napolitan specialty chain Spaghetti Pancho, is launching a new brand called ‘Gochisou Soup Pasta’ (Gochisupa). The first location is scheduled to open in Yoyogi, Tokyo, on October 2, 2026.

The new brand was developed following the successful introduction of soup pasta dishes at select Pancho locations starting in 2024, which saw increased interest from families and female customers. The menu features 11 varieties of soup pasta, ranging from rich cream-based sauces to Japanese-style dashi bases. Customers can also enjoy unlimited refills of freshly baked focaccia during lunch hours and can make cheese risotto using the remaining soup.

To celebrate the opening, a two-week campaign will run from October 2 to October 15. This includes daily gifts for the first 30 customers during the first four days and discounts of 200 yen on select signature dishes across two different weekly phases. Additionally, 100-yen discount coupons will be distributed for use starting October 16.
