Godiva and Marimekko launch anniversary collaboration in Japan

Chocolate brand Godiva and Finnish design house Marimekko have launched a collaborative collection to celebrate Godiva’s 100th anniversary and Marimekko’s 75th anniversary. The partnership features a range of limited-edition food items and merchandise inspired by Nordic themes and the “Kukasta kukkaan” design by Erja Hirvi.

At Godiva Café locations, customers can find menu items such as blueberry and cacao fruit rare cheesecake, traditional Finnish pannukakku, and a smoked salmon croque monsieur. Specialized beverages, including a Marimekko latte featuring blueberry and white chocolate, are also available. Specific locations, such as the Futako Tamagawa store, feature special themed store wrapping.

In addition to café offerings, the collaboration includes Godiva Crepes and Godiva Dessert items, such as blueberry crème brûlée crepes. A gift collection is also being released, featuring blueberry and matcha flavored chocolates, assortment boxes, and merchandise including mugs, tote bags, and pouches.
