Godoy Cruz to host third Sabor a Mendoza Festival

The third edition of the Sabor a Mendoza Festival will take place on October 24 and 25, 2026, at Espacio Arizu in Godoy Cruz. The event aims to highlight the culinary identity of the Mendoza province and strengthen the link between regional production and tourism.

The festival will feature a gastronomic patio with 29 spaces dedicated to regional dishes, alongside a market with over 100 local producers, entrepreneurs, and artisans. Activities include live cooking classes, musical performances, and competitions focused on extra virgin olive oil.

Organized by the Asociación Empresaria Hotelero Gastronómica y Afines de Mendoza (AEHGA) and the Ente Mendoza Turismo (EMETUR), the initiative is part of the Mendoza Gastronomic Identity Development Plan (DIGAM). Other participating institutions include the National Agricultural Technology Institute (INTA) and the Mendoza Olive Association (ASOLMEN).
