Gofore reports Q2 sales surge and tripled adjusted EBITA

Finnish digital consultancy Gofore reported a significant increase in profitability for the second quarter of 2026. Net sales rose 32.4% year-over-year to €58.5 million, while adjusted EBITA more than tripled to €4.2 million, up from €1.2 million in the same period the previous year.

The company is undergoing a strategic refocus, concentrating on artificial intelligence, defense, space, and intelligent industry. This follows the announced divestiture of its product design and technical documentation unit to CoE Group, a transaction expected to close in early September.

Gofore secured several major public sector contracts during the period, including projects with the National Land Survey of Finland, CSC IT Center for Science, and Germany’s ITZBund. CEO Mikael Nylund noted that the shift toward AI and agent-based workflows presents significant market opportunities in the public sector.
