GoFundMe campaign launched for pastors in Ciudad Juárez

A GoFundMe campaign titled ‘Cuidando a mis padres en su recuperación - Recovery Care’ has been launched to support a pair of pastors in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, facing simultaneous health crises. Organized by Joaquín Martínez, the fundraiser aims to collect $2,800 to assist the family with medical and living expenses.

The primary emergency occurred on June 26, when the father fell approximately 10 to 12 feet from a roof, resulting in severe brain bleeding and swelling. After spending 12 days in a coma and 13 days in the hospital, he has returned home but remains immobile and requires 24-hour care. The situation is further strained by the mother, who is currently undergoing oncological treatment and is unable to provide physical assistance to her husband.

Funds raised will be used for the father’s physical rehabilitation, medication, hygiene products, and essential subsistence costs for both parents.
