GOG and THW Kiel participate in Wenzel Nordic Cup

During the Wenzel Nordic Cup in the Faroe Islands, handball clubs GOG and THW Kiel participated in various activities. GOG secured a 35-26 victory against H71, though head coach Kasper Christensen expressed dissatisfaction with the team's performance, noting they did not reach the level seen in previous training matches.

In addition to competitive play, professional players from THW Kiel, including Eric Johansson, participated in training sessions for approximately 200 local children. The coaching staff from GOG also provided presentations for youth players. While THW Kiel's schedule was impacted by heavy fog affecting flight traffic, the tournament continued to feature international talent engaging with the local handball community.
