Gogo Delogianni shares personal message on body positivity

Chef and former MasterChef contestant Gogo Delogianni shared a personal message on Instagram regarding body image and self-acceptance during her travels in Taormina, Sicily.

Delogianni posted a candid photo taken while swimming, noting it was the first time this season she felt comfortable wearing a bikini in public without feeling the need to cover herself with a towel. She expressed a desire to stop missing life moments due to societal pressures regarding what bodies are considered ‘socially acceptable.’

She noted that being with friends helped her feel more at ease and encouraged others not to deprive themselves of experiences due to fear of judgment or comments.
