Goiana inaugurates new SEST SENAT facility for health and training

A new SEST SENAT operational unit has been inaugurated in Goiana, Pernambuco, located on Highway PE-062. The facility is designed to provide health services and professional qualification to transport workers, companies, and residents across 19 municipalities in the Mata Norte region.

The center offers specialized health services, including dentistry, physiotherapy, nutrition, and psychology, alongside spaces for sports and leisure. For professional development, the unit features five classrooms, an IT laboratory, and a driving simulator. Planned training programs include First Aid, Forklift Operation, and Risk Perception, as well as occupational health and safety courses.

Registered transport workers can access health services free of charge, while other members of the public may access services for a fee. This inauguration marks the sixth SEST SENAT unit in the state of Pernambuco.
