Goiânia hosts diverse cultural performances

Goiânia is hosting two distinct cultural productions. In August 2026, the city will host ‘REINO – O Espetáculo Cristão’, a large-scale production combining circus arts, theater, and live gospel music. The show follows a clown king on a journey regarding identity and faith, utilizing acrobatic performances and cinematic scenery.

Additionally, the Goiânia Symphony Orchestra will present ‘Cinema in Concert’ at the Teatro Goiânia on August 26. Conducted by Eliseu Ferreira, the concert features film scores from composers such as Hans Zimmer and Richard Strauss, including themes from ‘Jurassic Park’ and ‘The Lion King’. Admission requires a donation of 2 kg of non-perishable food to support local social programs.
